Molly Fillmore is associate professor of voice (soprano) at the Michigan State University College of Music. She is currently performing the role of Helmwige in Die Walküre, part of the new Ring cycle at the Metropolitan Opera, on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 28 at 11:00 a.m.

College of Music student Marta Bagratuni will perform her solo debut recital at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall as part of Musical Armenia, an annual event designed to introduce young Armenian musicians to the public. Purchase tickets here.

Your journey will carry you from the art of the 17th century colonists through the 20th century masterpieces.
New York City native Dr. Denise Maybank, Interim Vice President of Student Affairs, will meet with MSU Alumni in New York City.
Join us on Wednesday March 21, 2012 in a private room at Ben Benson’s Steak House (123 W. 52nd St.) to learn more about what is going on today at Michigan State University and to network with other local alumni.
